New Year Disorganisation

Its 31st January - and I don't feel like I've achieved anything! I've certainly enjoyed having some time when I haven't felt the urgency of the garden, however I'm not sure that I've used my planning time particularly effectively. I get easily distracted and can fall down the instagram rabbit hole easily. Instagram is great for ideas, inspiration and advice, however I spend too much time on it.

I really want to get the planning right this year - get more perennials in the ground, and get staking in place early. I'm also planning to build a new shed in the field, to double up as a tool shed and summer potting/arranging space. I intend it to be a size that can accommodate 4-6 people for an informal workshop.

I have sown my sweet peas - they are currently in the house to germinate and then I'll pop them into the greenhouse. I need to order more seeds for the season and am trying to decide whether to buy from Jelitto seeds who have a very high germination rate. I also need to order some more dahlia tubers - again I need to decide which ones.

Decision, decisions, decisions .....
